- Children’s rates are valid with 2 full-paying adults: o 0-4 years: free of charge, 5-8 years 15,00 € per day, 9-12 years: 30,00 € per day; o 13-16 years: 60,00 € per day
- In addition to the total price of the stay, a tourist tax of 3,00 € per person and night will be charged directly on site for all guests over 14 years of age.

On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total agreed price is due at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer and will be retained in case of cancellation.
Pets
Your four-legged friend is welcome in our hotel! For your dog we charge a daily supplement of 20,00 € (excl. food). We kindly ask you to bring a blanket from home. The dog owner is liable for any damage to the furniture.
Please understand that animals are not permitted in our dining room and wellness area.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to 3,50 € per person and night and has to be paid directly on site. Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax
Parking
You can park your car free of charge in our car parking area.
Smokers
According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our hotel and therefore also in our rooms. You can smoke on our balcony or on the terrace.
