Vernagt – Similaunhütte – Vernagt
You drive to Vernagt, the village at the lake.
From there you take path no.2 which will lead you directly to the refuge Similaun. The mountain hike goes by the Tisenhof and along a brook (Leiterbach) as far as the mountain pasture (3019m). Take the same route for the descent.
